((y - 8) / (x - (-3))) = ((8 - (-2)) / ((-3) - 4))

((y - 8) / (x + 3)) = ((8 + 2) / (-3 - 4))

((y - 8) / (x + 3)) = (10 / (-7))

(y - 8) = (10 / (-7)).(x + 3)

y - 8 = (-10x / 7) - (3/7)

y = (-10x / 7) - (3/7) + 8

y = (-10x / 7) + (53/7)
