How does a little weaver bird or a swallow build such a complicated nest? I do not think I can even do it.

A weaver bird builds it's nest using grass, twigs, roots and leaves. The reason why their nests look complicated is because they are able to tie knots using their beaks and feet. The nests are built so as to attract mating partners.
