Asteroid Day aims to raise awareness about asteroids and what can be done to protect our earth, its families, communities, and future generations from a disastrous events.

Asteroid is a small rocky body orbiting the sun. Large numbers of these, range in size and are found between the orbits of Mars and Jupiter. Asteroids pose a hazard as they collide with earth every 500 000 years on average.

Therefore working together with NASA, we have to find solutions to the effects of asteroids on planet earth.
