Multiples of two = 500

Multiples of 5 = 200

Common multiples of 2 and 5 = 100

So the total multiples of 2 and/or 5 (Union of both) = 700 - 100 = 600

Therefore the amount of integers not multiples of 2 or 5 = 1000 - 600 = 400
