a=V^2/r  a= 9.8m/s^2 due to gravity r=40m

v=sq.rt (a.r)

= sq.rt( 9.8x40)

=19.80 m/s

a= V^2/ r

V= square root a*r

= square root (9.8*40/2)

= 14 m/s
