For her to get an average of $90$, let her last score be $x$.

\[\dfrac{88+78+95+x}{4}=90\]

Making $x$ subject of formula results in:

\[x=360-88-78-95\]

Simplifying means that the score she is supposed to get is:

\[x=99\]
