$=\frac{d}{d x}\left(\frac{3}{x^{4}}-2 x^{2}+6 x-7\right)$

$=\frac{d}{d x}\left(3 x^{-4}-2 x^{2}+6 x-7\right)$

$=-12 x^{-5}-4 x+6$
