let x=0 for y-intercept

(y-2)^2 +49=8   expand and factorize

(y-9)(y+5)=0, y= 9 or y= -5    (0 ; 9) and (0 ; -5)

let y=0 for x-intercepts

(x+7)^2 + 4 = 8 , expand and factorize

(x+9)(x+5)=0, x= -9 or x= -5, (-9 ; 0) and (-5 ; 0)

This is a circle graph sketch with centre(-7 ; 2) and radius sqroot(8), and above x and y-intercepts.
