first difference= 5, 7, 9

second difference= 2,2,2,...

2a=2, a =1

3a + b= 5 , 3 + b=5, b=2


1+2+c=5, c=2, Tn=ax^2+bx+c= x^2 + 2x+2, 1 765= x^2 + 2x +2 solve(use quadratic formula) to find x=41 or - 43

but n should be positive, hence term at n=41
