(x+3)(x+6)/x+3 = x+6  factorize numerator then divide by common factor

then differentiate, 1x^(1-1) + 0

                       =1

f ' (x) = d/dx (x2 +9x +18 / x +3) = d/dx [ (x +6)(x +3) / x +3) = d/dx (x+6) = 1
