common difference,

4-x=y-4

         x= 8-y

common ratio,

sqroot(15)/x = y/sqroot(15)

     15/x =y

hence y= 15/(8-y)

  y(8-y) = 15

   y^2 -8y +15=0

   (y-3)(y-5)=0

      y= 3 or y=5

Then x=15/3 or x= 15/5= 3
