Cost structure involves the costs associated with your key resources and activities. It might be helpful to consider whether your business is more cost-driven (meaning that your value proposition is low cost) or value-driven (meaning that your value proposition is that your product or service is the highest quality, but at a cost premium). For the Cost Structure box, write your hypotheses about the costs involved in all of the other boxes.
