h(t)= 20t- 5t^2

h(2)= 20(2)- 5(2)^2= 20m

h(0)= 0m

for t let h(t)= 0

0= 20t- 5t^2

0= 5t(4-t)

5t= 0s      t= 4 s

V= change in displacement/ change in time

= 30- 0/ 4-0


= 7.5 m/s
