Percentage of displays assembled by the end of second hour      =     25 + 40     =     65%

Percentage of displays not assembled by the end of second hour     =     100 - 65     =     35%

Number of displays not assembled by the end of second hour     =     35% of 280     = 0.35 x 280    =     98 displays
