Convert 30 m to a distance covered in 1 hour,

1 hour = 1 x 60 x 60 seconds = 3 600 seconds

distance in 1 hour = 30 x 3 600 = 108 000 m

Then speed = 108 000/1 000

                    = 108 km/hr
