3tanθ−1=0

           3tanθ = 1

            tanθ = 1/3

                 θ = 18,43 degrees as reference angle.

As 1/3 is positive ratio, tan is positive in 1st and 3rd quadrants,

  1st quadrant, θ =  18,43 degrees

3rd quadrant, θ = 180 + 18,43 = 198,43 degrees.
