The Chairperson of the Zimbabwe Investment & Development Agency (ZIDA) is Busisa Moyo.

Mr Moyo is a decorated leader in the business spheres having been appointed to various leadership positions in various sectors and awarded with various awards for excellence including Megafest CEO of the Year in 2013, Transformational Leader of the Year in 2015 by the Zimbabwe National Chamber of Commerce, one of the Top 100 Most Influential People of African Descent by MIPAD in 2017 among other

Since 2013, Mr Moyo has held the Chief Executive position at cooking oil manufacturer,  United Refineries Ltd while also holding the positions of Non Executive Director at the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe, Advisor on Macro Economic Issues and Business in the Presidential Advisory Council (Zimbabwe) as well as his recent appointment as the new board chair of the Zimbabwe International Trade Fair (ZITF).

Prior to joining United Refineries, he was the Senior Manager at TA Holdings where he was involved in Corporate Finance and Strategy which included listings, financial re-engineering, business acquisitions among other roles.

He also held the post of Chairman of the Confederation of Zimbabwe Industries between 2015 and 2017.
